« Tamar » is the Palm Tree on which you can find flavoured dates. In the Middle East region they stand for life and fertility. The dates provide a very nice, smooth and sweet flavour.

Tamar Gin in created in Luxembourg and bottled in Belgium through a meticulous small-batch distillation process. At its heart lies the refined Medjool date, carefully blended with bitter orange, flower honey, angelica root, and a curated selection of ten botanicals.

The dates are delicately infused to preserve their natural sweetness and depth, while classic gin botanicals maintain structure and balance. The result is a harmonious spirit where spiced dried fruit notes meet bright citrus and elegant juniper.
