3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

products must be unused

bottles must be unopened and sealed

items must be returned in their original packaging
For health and safety reasons, opened bottles of alcohol cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund

approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

photos of the product

description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Legal Warranty
Consumers in Luxembourg benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with EU and Luxembourg consumer law.
